Your new tasks

• Answering customer questions about shopping at Pfister in direct customer contact at the information desk in the branch
• Responding to customer inquiries by phone and email
• Ensuring administrative tasks in the branch (correspondence, price labels, customer service cases, etc.)

• Supporting branch management with administrative tasks
• Assisting sales staff with questions regarding sales documents, IT systems, and administrative processes in the branch
• Helping out on the sales floor and at the till as needed

Your profile

• Training in retail
• Outgoing and communicative personality
• Organisational talent
• Saturday is a working day
• Good PC user skills
• Confident German language skills, both spoken and written

• Several years of professional experience in sales or administrative areas
• Knowledge of French and English is an advantage
