Your role with us

• Carrying out servicing, repairs and warranty work on high-quality wristwatches, mainly Rolex models
• Analysing fault patterns and resolving technical problems with mechanical movements
• Regulating, adjusting and inspecting movements with the utmost precision and care
• Ensuring the highest quality standards and an excellent service experience through your daily work
• Active participation in process optimisation and quality improvements in the workshop
• Independent organisation, planning and prioritisation of your own workload

What you bring

• Completed training as a watchmaker EFZ and experience in servicing and repairing high-quality wristwatches; brand certifications are an advantage
• Passion for fine mechanics and enthusiasm for high-quality watchmaking
• Strong quality awareness, high precision and a trained eye for detail
• Independent, structured and efficient working style with high concentration ability
• Team-oriented personality with a sense of responsibility and strong service orientation
• Good German or English skills; brand certifications and additional language skills are an advantage
