In the Operations area, in the People Pool department, you are committed to the following topics in the Production Systems competence area:

• You lead employees with joy and empathy, promote their development and shape collaboration in the spirit of shared leadership in a partnership and on an equal footing
• You provide orientation and build trust. In doing so, you promote personal responsibility, maintain an open feedback culture and support employees through changes
• You communicate clearly, listen actively and know how to bring different perspectives together and develop common solutions
• You translate strategic and organisational guidelines into the leadership day-to-day of your competence pool and actively support employees through changes
• You are responsible for recruitment, onboarding, talent development and the personnel support of the employees in your competence pool in cooperation with HR
• You work closely with professional leaders, product owners and other competence group leaders and ensure clear coordination between personnel, professional and operational requirements
• You ensure targeted operational support for product teams in the event of special operational requirements or peak loads and create transparency about available skills and capacities

• Knowledge and professional experience in application and system management are an advantage. Ideally, you bring experience in operations, IT support, integration or further development of business-critical applications and systems
• You have excellent German skills as well as very good English skills
