We are looking for a reliable individual as of 1 August 2026 or by arrangement, who keeps an overview and accompanies our HR processes with care, responsibility, and a high standard of quality.

What you bring
- Commercial basic training EFZ and further education in the HR field
- Experience in personnel administration
- Confident handling of various IT applications (Abacus and Polypoint PEP advantageous) as well as MS Office programmes
- Networked, solution- and service-oriented thinking and acting
- Motivation to make a difference and passion for personnel administration
- Cheerful, motivated and empathetic personality with high independence and flexibility
What to expect
- Independent handling of the entire personnel administration from entry to exit
- Responsible for social insurance notifications as well as handling accident and illness cases
- Competent support and advice for employees and supervisors on labour law issues
- Support and control in time management (PEP) as well as ensuring correct data entry
- Completion of various administrative tasks related to the employment relationship and communication with various interfaces
- Active participation in the further development of existing HR processes and assistance in training commercial apprentices
