Power Platform Engineer (m/f/d)

Role:
As a Power Platform Engineer, you build applications that measurably simplify workflows. The focus is on Power Apps, automation, and integration with existing systems. You involve customers and departments early on and translate requirements into clean solution architectures. Those who like to think along rather than just implement will find plenty of scope for creativity here.
Responsibilities:
You design modules for internal project management tools and bring them into productive use.
You translate requirements into specifications and robust solution designs.
This also includes working with automation technologies, chatbots, and services around Azure AI/ML.
You set up customer-specific environments and configure them according to the use case.
Furthermore, you actively shape the direction of the Microsoft Power Platform.
You also document standards and share your know-how within the team.
Qualifications:
You have completed a technical degree, for example in business informatics or computer science.
You are familiar with development in Microsoft 365 (M365), including Power Automate and reporting via Power BI.
You apply project management methods, classical or agile.
You understand complex issues in a structured way and remain solution-oriented.
Furthermore, you like to take responsibility and drive topics forward on your own initiative.
You are also able to communicate fluently in German and English, both orally and in writing.
