Objective

Within our successful planning teams in the area of construction project management and fire protection, we are looking for a committed leader who wants to take on this challenge.

Your tasks

• You lead the construction project management and fire protection department with three employees in terms of personnel, finances and expertise and bear overall responsibility for its successful further development
• You manage demanding refurbishment and renovation projects in building construction in the area of commercially used workspaces from conception to handover
• You ensure compliance with deadlines and quality and guarantee effective project controlling
• You negotiate contracts with clients, specialist planners, contractors and suppliers
• You are the central interface to clients, authorities and partners
• You acquire new projects and actively support existing customers
• You are responsible for calculation according to SIA, preparing offers and contract negotiations

Your profile

• You have a university or university of applied sciences degree in architecture, civil engineering or a comparable field
• You bring several years of experience as overall and construction manager in the realisation of complex refurbishments and renovations as well as in construction law
• You have leadership and professional experience in construction project management and as a client representative/advisor
• You are well versed in the relevant standards and legal requirements
• You lead clearly, appreciatively and reliably and convince through initiative as well as a high willingness to make decisions and take responsibility
• You are ambitious and act in a structured and results-oriented manner
• You possess strong negotiation skills and assertiveness
