To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Senior Business Consultant who wants to drive the digital transformation of our customers with passion and a strong customer focus.
- You use tools such as CMMN / BPMN modelling and other low-code technologies.
- You actively lead and accompany our customers together with colleagues from the beginning to the end of a project.
- You help win new customers and actively contribute to the company’s growth.
- Together with the entire team, you continuously operate and improve our platform and our solutions.
- Several years of experience in digital transformation
- Sound knowledge of business processes in banking
- Technical flair and passion for modelling and developing business processes in the system yourself
- Enjoy working in a team and enjoy customer contact
- Very high quality awareness and conceptual skills
- Structured approach, creativity and good self-management skills
- Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written
- Office in the heart of Zurich, with BBQ terrace
- Modern working environment with professional espresso machine, table football and shower
- Flexible working hours
- 2 days home office per week

Profile
- University degree in business / business informatics or a comparable field (ETH/FH/Uni)- Several years of experience in digital transformation
- Sound knowledge of business processes in banking
- Technical flair and passion for modelling and developing business processes in the system yourself
- Enjoy working in a team and enjoy customer contact
- Very high quality awareness and conceptual skills
- Structured approach, creativity and good self-management skills
- Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written
