Our newly established department "Business Applications & Processes" is growing and we are looking for reinforcement as a Business Applications & Data Specialist, 60-100% (m/f/d)

Tasks

• In this versatile role, you work at the interface between business and IT and continuously take on increasing responsibility for our business applications
• Together with the specialist departments, you analyse workflows and processes, get to the root of problems and develop pragmatic, practical (IT) solutions
• Another focus of this position is optimal data quality: you optimise data flows and support master data adjustments, data cleansing and migrations
• You analyse data using Power BI and Power Query and create meaningful evaluations for our specialist departments
• Regarding interfaces and integrations, you ensure reliable data flows between our systems as well as to customers and partners and continuously develop these further
• You actively contribute to the further development of our systems (ERP, CRM, shop etc.) and support tests and releases
• You identify potential for digitalisation and automation and independently implement smaller optimisations and applications
• In addition, you actively participate in digitalisation and system projects and support our key users with system- and process-related questions

Profile

• You have training or further education in business informatics (HF/FH) or a comparable qualification and experience, for example as a business analyst, data & process specialist, ERP consultant or application manager
• Experience with ERP systems as well as a good understanding of data, data models and processes are also required
• You enjoy analysing complex contexts and getting to the root of problems and ideally have knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Power Query or interface technologies
• Interest in automation, low-code solutions and new technologies is also a prerequisite for this position
• We are looking for a curious, communicative person who enjoys regularly and independently familiarising themselves with complex matters or new systems
