Job Description

Under the responsibility of the IT Brand Domain Lead, your main mission will be to play a key role in identifying, analysing and transforming business needs into high value-added technological solutions.

A true partner of operational teams and IT experts, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, the prioritisation of strategic initiatives and the success of digital transformation projects. Thanks to your ability to understand business challenges and translate them into concrete solutions, you will actively participate in the evolution of our information system and the creation of value for the company.

Within this framework, your main responsibilities will be to:

• Analyse and understand Retail and brand business needs to translate them into IT solutions
• Write clear and structured functional and technical specifications
• Manage the prioritisation of requests based on their value and impact
• Coordinate the needs of IT and business stakeholders and facilitate exchanges
• Contribute to process structuring and continuous improvement
• Monitor project progress and ensure the quality of deliverables and smooth run operations
• Participate in testing, deployment and user support phases
• Measure the performance of solutions and their return on investment

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst
• Ability to operate in a cross-functional and multi-stakeholder environment
• Excellent skills in analysis, structuring and prioritisation
• Experience in IT project management
• Ease in communicating with diverse interlocutors (IT & business)
• Internal client-oriented approach and continuous improvement
• Natural leadership and ability to influence without hierarchical authority
• You are fluent in French and have very good knowledge of English
