Are you fascinated by digitalisation and the resulting opportunities for optimising processes? Can you imagine supporting Swiss SMEs in implementing clever software solutions? YOUR FUTURE TASKS
- You can install and use your Windows in a few minutes. Introducing business software is a bit more complex. You help Swiss SMEs tailor Abacus software to their needs and individual processes.
- After a careful and personal introduction, you take responsibility for "your" project or client mandate. You can count on the collegial support of your colleagues.
- Together with the clients, you analyse their processes, gather their needs, and document them.
- Then you implement the customised software solution at the client’s site. This usually takes several weeks and you often work directly on site. This enriches your daily routine.
- Also part of your tasks: organising and conducting workshops and user training for your clients.
YOUR SKILLS AND STRENGTHS:
- You don’t necessarily have to be a software expert yet. But a strong interest in IT is just as important as a fascination for digitalisation topics and the associated opportunities for optimising processes.
- You grasp connections quickly, enjoy learning new things, and are driven by ambition when it comes to understanding your clients’ business and showing them good solutions.
- What do we imagine in your educational background? We are more interested in your professional career than your educational path. A commercial or technical basic education is certainly promising.
- If you have already come into contact with Abacus or other ERP systems, even better. Perhaps in internal sales, inventory management, or a finance department. But this is not a requirement.
