Estimator / Specialist Tendering Structural Engineering, 80-100%

You know structural engineering but want to apply your experience more in tendering? With us, you combine technical understanding with a precise way of working – close to the construction project, but without being responsible for site management yourself.

Your tasks

• You independently prepare detailed tenders and specifications based on the standard item catalogues (NPK).
• You check the documents necessary for the tender for completeness and plausibility and independently request missing information from the responsible departments.
• You carry out digital quantity surveys based on 2D plans and 3D models, thus creating a reliable basis for precise tenders.
• You manage the import and export of specifications as well as electronic offers via the SIA 451 interface.
• You clarify technical details directly with our project and site managers and coordinate the tenders with them.
• You actively contribute your know-how to the team and support the realisation with questions regarding the construction administration programme.

What distinguishes you

• You have completed vocational training as a draughtsperson EFZ specialising in architecture, a federally certified construction manager or a comparable qualification.
• You have several years of professional experience in structural engineering in Switzerland and are familiar with local requirements and processes.
• You work independently, in a structured and precise manner and keep an overview even with several parallel tenders.
• You are confident in using MS Office and have experience with construction administration programmes such as Provis or Messerli. Knowledge of Revit and Bluebeam is an additional advantage.
• You are interested in innovative digital working methods such as BIM and want to specifically apply and further develop these in your area of responsibility.
