Internal Sales (80-100%)
Werkzeugcenter Buchrain LU | Immediate start or by arrangement

Your tasks
• Telephone advice and support for our customers
• Serving collection customers at the customer reception
• Independent processing of customer enquiries and orders in the ERP system
• Checking the daily cash reconciliation
• Designing the product display
• Data maintenance of our fleet solution AW+
• Handling general office and administrative tasks

Your profile
• Completed vocational training, preferably in the construction or construction-related sector
• Technical understanding and ideally industry knowledge
• Technically skilled career changers are also welcome
• Enjoyment of customer contact with customer and service orientation
• Confident use of MS Office
• Independent and reliable working style
• Good German skills in spoken and written form, additional languages are an advantage
