About the job

Wiler Filz AG is a Swiss traditional company based in Münchwilen TG. From wool felt, we manufacture cuttings, seals, acoustic solutions, design products and much more for customers at home and abroad. Swiss Made! More information at www.filz.ch .

For our production, we are looking for a production employee on an hourly wage basis, 50–80% workload, starting 1 November 2026 or by arrangement.

Your tasks with us

• Participate in manufacturing: punching, cutting, gluing, rolling, assembling and picking
• Operate manual machines safely and skillfully
• Manage inventory and prepare materials
• Assist in shipping, including packing and preparing for dispatch

You see in the evening what you have done during the day. One-offs and series alternate, no day is the same.

• Technical understanding and enjoyment of practical work
• Quality and safety awareness
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
• Reliability, willingness to perform and flexibility regarding workload
• An open manner and a positive basic attitude within the team
• Good physical condition (standing, lifting, working in production)

A completed vocational training is an advantage but not a requirement. What matters is that you work carefully and are willing to get stuck in.

What we offer

• Varied work in a dynamic and well-coordinated team
• Short decision-making paths and open communication
• Space to contribute your own ideas and help shape processes
• A manageable Swiss SME with a long tradition and modern machines
• Hourly wage and a workload that can be agreed between 50 and 80%

If this suits you and you would like to apply your talents with us, we look forward to receiving your application documents (cover letter and CV with photo).
