Commercial Employee / Commercial Employee (80 - 100%)

• Processing admissions, discharges and changes
• Invoicing monthly bills to residents, tenants, health insurance companies and municipalities
• Cash management and cash accounting
• Handling correspondence with relatives, authorities, health insurance companies and other external parties
• Telephone and reception service
• Management and supervision of the quality management requirements of our house (QM pilot)
• Ensuring a professional and warm first impression
• Key and office material management
• General administrative tasks in a lively operation

• Completed commercial basic training
• Many years of professional experience in the service sector
• High affinity for organisational and administrative tasks and a structured way of working
• A great understanding of service and enjoyment in dealing with people
• Resilience, patience, very good manners and a great sense of humour
• Very good user knowledge of MS Office products as well as experience with home software from Nexus (heim.net) is an advantage
