Commercial Order Processing Clerk 100% (m/f/d)

you will strengthen the sales office team, enrich our company with joy, vigour and competence, and experience your personal, professional happiness. In this role, you will actively and responsibly contribute to managing day-to-day business.

Your areas of responsibility:

• telephone customer service is at the heart of this demanding role and brings you great pleasure
• you handle the entire order processing very professionally, friendly and efficiently
• our customers are competently advised and supported by you in the spirit of a service provider
• you assist in the support and continuous development of our in-house AI tool for automating order entry
• by performing various organisational and administrative tasks, you actively support our sales team
• you approach complaints openly, handle them with high competence and see them as an opportunity for improvement
• creating collection orders and credit notes is part of your daily tasks, as is maintaining and updating master data

Your profile: you have a commercial basic education and bring professional experience in order processing. Enjoying telephone customer contact makes daily challenges easier for you and brings you moments of happiness. As an independent and very resilient personality, you have a service- and team-oriented working style and good social skills. If you also have confident German, very good French skills (Italian & English advantageous) and are confident in using current IT and ERP knowledge, then you are a good fit for us.

Your prospects: you can look forward to the challenge of growing and gaining competence in a dynamic environment through daily tasks. You will work closely with the internal sales, production and logistics departments and report directly to the head of order processing. Work location: is at our headquarters in Stetten/AG. We are looking for the best employees throughout Switzerland and, after successful induction (and in agreement with the team), also offer the possibility to work from home on certain days or in our offices in Egg/ZH or Belp/BE.
