To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Customer Service Advisor Mercedes-Benz (80–100 %) immediately or by arrangement

Customer Service Advisor Mercedes-Benz (80–100 %)

Your tasks:

• Customer care and advice
• Scheduling appointments and workshop capacity planning
• Preparation of cost estimates and processing of repair orders
• Coordination and monitoring of workshop orders
• Conducting final vehicle inspections including cleanliness check
• Handover of completed vehicles to customers
• Handling warranty and damage cases
• Processing complaints and customer leadsAdvice and sale of vehicle accessories

Your profile:

• Completed technical vocational training in the automotive industry
• Further training as a customer service advisor or in the commercial field
• Knowledge of the Mercedes-Benz brand is an advantage
• High commitment as well as goal-oriented and pragmatic working style
• Strong customer orientation and communication skills
• Team spirit and willingness to work for shared success
• Resilience and ability to keep an overview even under high workload
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form, additional languages are an advantage
• Valid driving licence category B
