In this role, you will strengthen the Claims division at Zurich Switzerland in the SOS Claims Assistance area and make an important contribution to our shared success.

The SOS & Assistance team consists of a multicultural group of passionate and helpful colleagues who advise our insured persons on immediate measures in emergencies. You will support us in receiving and processing claims and gain an exciting insight into the claims department within a large company.

What to expect 

• You will handle the reception of telephone calls in the event of a claim 24/7
• You will be in direct contact with customers and partners
• You will coordinate the deployment of international service partners or towing services after car accidents/breakdowns
• You will take on administrative tasks such as processing claims, paying invoices, and handling telephone and written customer enquiries
• You will work on Monday to Sunday between 06:30 and 22:15; working hours can be adjusted depending on semester workload.

What sets you apart

• Enrolled at a university or university of applied sciences
• Excellent German skills, good Italian skills, French skills are an advantage
• High customer orientation as well as a service- and solution-oriented approach
• Ability and motivation to work under pressure while remaining calm
• Flexibility to work Monday to Sunday including public holidays
