What you achieve

• You ensure an attractive, fresh, and needs-based catering for employees and guests daily.
• You coordinate kitchen production, ensure the highest quality standards, and keep an overview even in hectic situations.
• You lead and promote employees, temporary staff, and apprentices and take responsibility for operational deployment planning.
• You ensure compliance with all hygiene, quality, and audit requirements and are the contact person for internal and external audits.
• In the absence of the site manager, you take overall responsibility for the staff restaurant and coordinate administrative tasks, orders, and monthly accounts.

What you bring

• Education: Completed vocational training (EFZ)
• Specialisation: Chef EFZ
• Professional experience: Several years of professional experience in a comparable role with initial leadership responsibility.
• Very high quality standards as well as good user knowledge in handling digital work tools and administrative processes.
• You convince through service orientation, leadership, team spirit, and respectful interaction with people.
• You work in a structured, resilient, and solution-oriented manner, show initiative, and approach challenges with perseverance and reliability.
• German (C1)
