Digital workplaces are more than software and devices: they connect people, processes, and modern technologies. We are looking for a technically skilled individual who will strategically and operationally further develop Microsoft 365 and thus sustainably shape digital collaboration.
Responsibilities:
Further development of a modern digital workplace platform based on Microsoft 365 and cloud technologies
Design and optimisation of solutions for digital collaboration, communication, and productive work
Analysis of existing workplace services and identification of automation and optimisation potentials
Support of technology introductions from conception through piloting to productive implementation
Consulting internal stakeholders in the selection and introduction of modern collaboration and workplace solutions
Management and coordination of technical changes, releases, and further developments
Ensuring reliable, secure, and high-performance operation of workplace services
Collaboration with IT specialists, departments, and external technology partners
Development of technical concepts and decision-making bases for the further development of the digital workplace
Monitoring new developments around Microsoft 365, cloud computing, collaboration, and workplace automation
Qualifications:
Education or further training in computer science, business informatics, or comparable technical qualification
Several years of experience with digital workplace, Microsoft 365, collaboration, or modern cloud workplaces
Sound knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and understanding of modern cloud architectures
Experience with the design, introduction, or optimisation of digital workplace services
Technical understanding of modern collaboration platforms, cloud services, and workplace technologies
Analytical and conceptual thinking with a strong solution orientation
Confident manner and ability to present technical topics understandably to different target groups
Enjoyment in connecting technology with concrete business requirements
