You are the backbone of our digital workplace – you ensure that everything works simply, securely, and efficiently across multiple countries and time zones.

You design and operate a modern, seamless IT environment based on Microsoft 365 (Entra ID, Intune, SharePoint, Teams)

• Connect Worlds

Build bridges between internal IT and our cloud and DevOps landscape – enable seamless integration into Azure-based systems

• Keep Us Connected Globally

Be responsible for network security and firewall configurations at our international locations

• Own the Zurich Office IT Infrastructure

Ensure a reliable and secure local IT infrastructure – including LAN/WLAN, conference room technology, and workplace hardware. Be the central contact person on site and ensure smooth daily operations.

From onboarding to patching – you continuously improve processes and eliminate friction losses

• Strengthen Security

You make a significant contribution to strengthening our IT security, including through the use of email protection, phishing simulations, and targeted awareness measures.

• Own the Stack

You manage tools and licences while always balancing user-friendliness, efficiency, and compliance

• Be the Go-To Expert

From complex infrastructure issues to everyday challenges and end-user support – you ensure everything runs smoothly.

You are practical and hands-on – someone who enjoys solving problems and improving systems.

• At least 3 years of experience in IT system administration or similar positions
• Solid expertise in Microsoft 365 (especially Entra ID, Intune, SharePoint)
• Knowledge in networks and firewall management
• Experience in environments connected to Azure / DevOps is an advantage
• Structured, reliable, and solution-oriented working style
• Open, approachable personality with a strong sense of responsibility

• German: fluent
• English: good knowledge (language of the team)
