Senior IT System Specialist

You are the backbone of our digital workplace — ensuring that everything simply works, securely and efficiently, across multiple countries and time zones.

You design and operate a modern, seamless IT environment based on Microsoft 365 (Entra ID, Intune, SharePoint, Teams)

• Connect Worlds

You bridge internal IT with our cloud and DevOps landscape — enabling smooth identity and access integration into Azure-based systems

• Keep Us Connected Globally

You manage network security and firewall setups across our international locations

• Own the Zurich Office IT Infrastructure

Ensure a reliable and secure local IT environment, including network (LAN/WiFi), meeting room technology and workplace hardware. Act as the primary on-site contact and keep daily operations running smoothly.

From onboarding to patching — you continuously improve processes and remove friction

You actively contribute to our security posture with tools like Darktrace, phishing simulations and awareness initiatives

• Own the Stack

You manage tools and licenses smartly — always keeping usability, efficiency and compliance in balance

• Be the Go-To Expert

From complex infrastructure topics to day-to-day challenges and end-user support — you make things work.

You are a hands-on builder, not just an operator — someone who enjoys solving problems and improving systems.

• 5+ years of experience in IT system administration or similar roles
• Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 (especially Entra ID, Intune, SharePoint)
• Solid understanding of networking and firewall management
• Experience working in environments connected to Azure / DevOps is a plus
• Structured, reliable, and solution-oriented working style
• Open, approachable personality with a strong sense of ownership

Languages:

• German: fluent
• English: good working proficiency (team language)
