Your tasks

• You process customer orders from order entry to on-time delivery and ensure smooth handling.
• You create and process customer-specific offers and support the Key Account Managers in tracking and actively expanding the offer pipeline.
• You coordinate customer enquiries regarding feasibility, completeness, prices and delivery times and ensure coordination with the responsible internal departments.
• You are an important interface between customers, sales, key account management, product engineering, application engineering and other internal departments.
• You reliably maintain ERP and CRM data and create sales reports, presentations and relevant sales key figures.
• You support the sales team with administrative and organisational tasks, take care of returns and business trips, and actively contribute to the optimisation of internal processes.

Your profile

• You have a commercial training and at least 2 years of professional experience in internal sales, ideally in an industrial company.
• You have very good SAP and MS Office skills and have ideally already worked with a CRM system.
• You communicate confidently in German and English – additional foreign languages are a plus.
• You work customer- and service-oriented, structured, reliable and keep an overview even with multiple tasks.
• You are characterised by initiative, independence, flexibility and resilience and like to get involved.
• You are a communicative team player with healthy assertiveness and an interest in technical or electronic products.
