Head of IT, Digitalisation & Processes (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

• Strategic development of the IT and process landscape in the DACH region
• Further development of the ERP and system landscape as well as integration of new companies
• Driving digitalisation, automation and the targeted use of AI
• Harmonisation of business processes with a focus on efficiency, scalability and profitability
• Leadership, promotion and development of employees within your area of responsibility
• IT support for M&A projects from due diligence to post-merger integration
• Representation of the IT and process organisation in group-wide committees

Your Competence

• Degree in business informatics, business administration, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification
• Many years of leadership experience in an international organisation with responsibility for IT and processes
• Sound knowledge of ERP systems, cloud architectures and networks as well as a strong affinity for digitalisation and AI
• Experience in process and change management as well as in post-merger integration
• Strategic strength, pragmatic implementation orientation and clear, binding communication
• Entrepreneurial thinking with a focus on efficiency, cost-benefit considerations and sustainable results
• Very good German skills and willingness to travel regularly; knowledge of French is an advantage
