Group Leadership Care and Nursing, Herzogenmühle Location

Tasks

• You will take on the professional, personnel and organisational leadership of the nursing team.
• You will actively participate in direct care and take the lead in complex and unstable situations; approximately 20% of your time is allocated to administrative leadership tasks.
• You will lead the nursing handovers and share responsibility for the correct recording of services for our residents (EasyDoc & RAI-NH).
• You will actively contribute to the further development of the nursing area, bring in new ideas and enable staff to professionally handle challenging situations.
• You will coordinate and conduct medical rounds and ensure interprofessional collaboration.

Profile

• Empathetic and assertive leadership personality with precise working methods and several years of professional experience in care and nursing, preferably in long-term care
• Completed training as a nursing specialist (HF/FH/DNII with SRK recognition for diplomas from abroad), ideally with completed leadership training
• Independence, resilience and a high standard for the quality of care and support for our residents
• Strong sense of responsibility, very good German language skills in spoken and written form and excellent communication skills
• Willingness and ability to work in different shifts and at weekends

The annual salary for this position ranges from CHF 93,838 to CHF 125,386 (100%) depending on experience.
