Team Leader in Nursing 60-80%

Specialising in Nephrology (Dialysis Practice) at the Kidney Centre Zurich-West

These are the tasks you can look forward to

• Leadership, planning, and development of non-medical staff including outpatient clinic operations
• Responsibility for holistic, professional, and patient-oriented nursing and treatment processes in consultation with the responsible physician
• Responsibility for compliance with medical prescriptions as well as employer requirements and legal regulations
• Active participation in the development of the quality programme and optimisation of daily processes in the dialysis practice
• Participation in clinical operations in the role of certified dialysis nurse

These skills characterise you

• Completed training as a certified nurse HF/FH with dialysis experience
• Additional training in nephrology or intensive care (advantageous)
• Leadership training or experience
• Enthusiasm for working with and for people
• Proficient IT user skills
• Networked thinking, high social competence, and strong communication skills
• Fluent German (English skills desirable)
• Independent and team-oriented personality with a positive attitude
• Enjoyment of interprofessional collaboration and a sense of humour
