To support our team, we are looking for a sales professional who is enthusiastic about communication. Good language skills in German and English are required, any additional foreign language is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Sale of our products and services
• Customer advice and support
• Customer service including complaint handling
• Preparation of offers and orders
• Order tracking
• Maintenance of the sales area
• Accompanying and supporting apprentices in everyday work

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, ideally in the furniture and design sector
• Retail specialist with EFZ and trainer course
• Willingness to work Saturdays
• Experience in customer service is an advantage
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form, good English skills
• High customer orientation and sales talent
• Optimistic appearance
• Very good PC skills
• Good MS Office skills
