Job Title: Wholesale Coordinator, Store Development EMEA

We have an exciting opportunity for a Wholesale Coordinator, Store Development EMEA
Department overview:
Store development supports the Capri brands development strategy both for new store openings and existing stores renovation throughout all business channels (retail, wholesale, travel retail, franchisee) orchestrating the whole process from initial survey to the opening.
Who You Are:
A detail-oriented person with strong organizational and project management skills, able to work well under deadlines in a changing environment and perform multiple tasks effectively and concurrently.
What You’ll Do:
The Wholesale Coordinator is a key member of the Capri Holdings Store Development team.
The role has primary responsibilities of assisting the store design process from initial site survey through store opening, along with managing the Store Development process for the entire duration of the project.
Project responsibilities are EMEA shop in shops within our wholesale network for all brands within the Capri group.
Tasks are including but not limited to:
- Gather all initial project information and transmit to store design
- Onboard and coordinate project consultants
- Work on preliminary project timing and budget, to be kept up to date until project is complete
- Facilitate project approval within the brands and with Landlords
- Coordinate permits application and approval
- Work on project procurement
- Work on tender process for general contractors and millworkers, including cost comparison
- Facilitate construction coordination
- Monitor execution, ensuring quality and details are respected upon construction completion and handover
- Follow up on snagging and additional requests from the business
- Project financial closeout
You’ll Need to Have:
- 1+ year experience within a similar store design and/or development role, preferably fashion retail or architecture office
- Bachelor degree in architecture, civil engineering, construction management or related field (required)
- AutoCAD, Word, and Excel proficiency required
- Photoshop and Indesign proficiency preferred
- Ability to travel
- Extremely proficient in English –EU languages preferred, Italian is a plus

- Very good organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task
- Ability to prioritize and work independently
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team oriented environment using sound judgment in decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, “self-starter” environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and confident presentation skills. An ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical audiences in a clear, simple way, both written and verbally.
- Very good problem solving abilities involving identifying the root cause of problems, assessing risks/impacts and determining and implementing effective solutions.
- Very good analytical and strategic thinking skills
