HR Business Partner Commercial (m/f/d) 80-100 %

Your contribution to success

As an HR Business Partner, you are the central contact person for managers in the Commercial sales area. You work close to the business, understand its challenges and ensure that HR solutions are not only conceptually convincing but also work in everyday life.

Your tasks include in particular:

• Advising and sparring with managers on operational HR issues
• Proactively supporting the business in personnel, organisational and cultural changes
• Independently handling complex labour law matters
• Supporting reorganisations, change processes and team development
• Participating in projects
• Accompanying performance, talent, succession and development topics
• Active collaboration with specialised, international and supraregional HR functions
• Identifying improvement potentials as well as developing and implementing new approaches
• Actively shaping the future HR organisation and its collaboration with the business
• Ensuring professional and legally compliant personnel work

Are you ready?

• Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable HR function
• A commercial basic education and further training at HF/FH level in Human Resources
• Solid experience across the entire employee lifecycle
• Good knowledge of Swiss labour law
• Confidence in dealing with demanding employee relations and leadership issues
• Experience in an international and complex corporate environment
• Ideally experience with commercial functions
• Experience in supporting managers in change processes
• Very good German and English skills, as well as good French skills are an advantage
• Willingness to support our branches throughout Switzerland in addition to the headquarters in Hochdorf
• Ability to provide orientation in an environment not yet fully defined
• Questioning things without losing sight of feasibility
• Advising and challenging managers in a partnership manner
  Taking responsibility and acting solution-oriented
