Your role with us

• Advising the leaders of our IT and Finance departments on all HR-relevant issues and ensuring professional, solution-oriented HR support
• Supporting leaders in personnel and FTE planning, change and transformation as well as talent and succession planning as a sparring partner
• Recruiting specialists and executives in close collaboration with the line, with a view to anchoring our values, leadership principles and culture
• Accompanying the entire performance and succession cycle: from development and performance discussions to succession planning and building the talent pipeline
• Acting as an interface between business, HR, Legal and Compliance in complex employee cases, labour law questions and conflict situations – consistently and risk-aware
• Developing sustainable solutions in health and absence matters that strengthen engagement and wellbeing
• Maintaining and further developing our HRIS, reporting and Excel tools and preparing HR data into clear decision-making bases for leaders and senior stakeholders
• Leading or supporting cross-functional HR projects that continuously develop our processes and structures

What you bring

• Several years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner in a dynamic environment
• Completed studies in business administration, HR management, psychology or comparable education (university/FH)
• Experience in leadership, team & organisational development as well as in-depth knowledge in people analytics
• Experience in advising and supporting leaders at different hierarchy levels
• Sound knowledge of Swiss labour law
• Integrity, pragmatic and communicative personality with a networked way of thinking as well as pronounced service and customer orientation
• Analytical and structured working style with high solution orientation, personal responsibility and flexibility
• Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
