To strengthen our team at one of our locations in Rapperswil or Zurich, AG, we are looking for an experienced and committed individual who independently manages our entire HR lifecycle and reports directly to senior management. In addition to classic HR topics, payroll, social insurance, and project-related hour billing are part of this versatile role. You will be the central contact person for our employees and work closely with the finance team leader.
YOUR TASKS
- Independent management and organisation of the entire HR lifecycle, from entry to exit
- Independent execution and coordination of onboarding and offboarding
- Contact person for employees and management on all personnel administrative matters
- Creation and maintenance of employment contracts, contract amendments, confirmations, references, and other HR documents
- Independent preparation and creation of the monthly payroll
- Contact and coordination with social insurance and other external agencies
- Maintenance of personnel master data and ensuring complete and reliable personnel administration
- Responsibility for absences, holidays, and other personnel-relevant data
- Responsibility for the administrative management of our vehicle fleet
- Participation in the further development and digitalisation of our HR processes
- Support in billing project-related hours of our employees in close cooperation with the finance team leader
- Ensuring a comprehensible allocation and preparation of billable expenses for our projects
YOUR PROFILE
- Commercial training with further education in Human Resources or a comparable qualification
- Several years of practical experience as an HR generalist or in a similarly broad HR function
- Experience in payroll accounting
- Good knowledge of Swiss labour law and social insurance
- Financial and business understanding, especially for hours, costs, and project billing
- A structured, careful, and very independent way of working
- Enjoyment in taking responsibility and actively organising your own area
- Strong service orientation as well as an uncomplicated and professional approach to different contacts
- High discretion and sense of responsibility
- Digital affinity and enthusiasm for questioning and further developing existing processes
- Experience with Abacus is an advantage
