What can you expect?

• Processing of investment/asset consultations: checking documents and stock exchange orders, performing reconciliations.
• Management of securities positions: handling corporate actions, securities transactions, securities deliveries/receipts.
• Detailed clarifications with asset advisors or third parties (e.g. banks, Raiffeisen Switzerland) for processing.
• Deputising within the team and taking on tasks in, among others, the following areas: pension processing, card processing, master data changes.
• Preparation of annual and interim financial statements.
• Posting of creditor and debtor invoices.
• Preparation of analyses for financial planning.
• Preparation of data and evaluations within the scope of reporting.
• Answering calls including providing professional information within the area of competence or correct forwarding.

What do you bring with you?

• Completed banking training or several years of professional experience in the area of responsibility.
• Strong quality and responsibility awareness with a structured, precise way of working.
• Enjoyment of process-oriented tasks.
• High willingness to learn and develop combined with good team and communication skills.
• Good Microsoft Office skills.
