Business Analyst Mobile Banking

Tasks

• Analysis and specification of requirements for the further development and operation of mobile banking apps
• Continuous development of a stable, secure and customer-oriented mobile banking solution
• Capturing customer needs, professional and regulatory requirements as well as
  technological developments in the mobile banking environment
• Stakeholder management, analysis, prioritisation and moderation of workshops for professional coordination
• Close collaboration with product owners, software engineers, test engineers, UX/UI designers, subject matter experts and other stakeholders
• Joint development of solution variants
• Support of implementation and assistance with testing and error analysis
• Proactive identification of improvement potentials
  

Requirements

• Several years of experience as a business analyst or business engineer in the field of mobile banking
• Proven experience in analysing complex issues as well as working with interdisciplinary product teams
• Very good knowledge of requirements engineering and business analysis methodology (user stories, acceptance criteria, story mapping and backlog refinement)
• Knowledge of process and data modelling (BPMN, UML) as well as Jira and Confluence
• Experience with agile working methods (Scrum, SAFe)
• Experience with testing, UAT and quality assurance
• Very good German language skills

Advantageous

• Experience with user-centred design, discovery and/or design thinking
