Are you looking for an exciting and varied position in the field of debt collection? Do you enjoy customer contact and varied work, mainly within the internal service? Then you are in the right place.

Your tasks

• Issuing legal decisions and calculating the subsistence minimum
• Customer contact at the counter and by phone (debtor and creditor parties, employers, etc.)
• Processing requests to continue the debt collection
• Preparing copies of minutes, issuing related decisions
• Decision on act of default of assets 115 or 149 LP, preparation

Your profile

• Initial training as a commercial employee or equivalent training
• Very good oral and written expression in French (native language) and German (at least B1)
• Autonomy, sense of responsibility and organisation
• Self-confidence and ability to assert oneself
• Driving licence and motor vehicle for external service
• Good reputation (no prosecutions)
