Technical Product Manager (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF110,500 - 115,700Our client is an internationally active Swiss company with a technical focus. The company develops and supports sophisticated technical products and solutions, combining technical know-how with high customer and service orientation. Role:
As a Technical Product Manager, you will manage a defined product area in the field of commercial vehicles and temperature-controlled transport solutions. You combine technical product responsibility with customer and partner management and coordinate various internal and external interfaces.
Responsibilities:
You manage a defined technical product area and continuously develop it further.
You support customers and partners with technical and commercial concerns.
You coordinate topics related to after-sales, warranty, spare parts, and complaints.
You work closely with internal and external departments such as suppliers and partners.
You assist in optimising products, processes, and data.
Qualifications:
You have a technical education or a technical degree.
You bring several years of experience in a comparable role.
You have experience handling technical products and ideally in a similar technical environment.
Experience in supporting customers, partners, or suppliers as well as in after-sales is an advantage.
You are proficient with ERP systems, ideally SAP.
You speak very good English and good German.
