Team Leader Purchasing (m/f)

Your tasks

• Development and implementation of the procurement strategy
• Ongoing analyses of the market and supplier situation
• Search and evaluation of new, efficient suppliers
• Ensuring the supply capability of key components and risk distribution of supplier dependency
• Negotiation of purchase prices, framework, and cooperation agreements
• Preparation of price lists
• Optimisation of order management, procurement logistics, and production supply
• Supplier audits and conclusion of quality agreements together with quality management
• Reporting and its continuous development, budget responsibility
• Management of procurement projects

Your qualifications

• Completed higher education at HF/FH or university level as well as further training as a federally certified purchasing manager (+NDS)
• Several years of experience in technical purchasing, ideally in the machinery industry, as well as in leading a team
• Active participation in operational purchasing
• Initiative, structured working method, and process-oriented approach combined with strong assertiveness
• Flexible personality with good communication skills and enjoyment in building and maintaining various networks
• Very good SAP and MS Office skills
• Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
