For Raiffeisenbank Glarnerland, a successful and locally focusedbank with branches in Näfels and Glarus, we are looking to strengthen our team immediately or by arrangement with a service-oriented, proactive and dynamic personality as Head of Credit Officer (m/f/d).
Head of Credit Office (m/f/d)
What can you expect?
- Professional and personnel management of the Credit Office team as well as promotion and further development of employees
- Analysis, assessment and approval of credit transactions in the private and corporate customer segments within the scope of authority
- Sparring partner for customer advisors, bank management and other stakeholders on complex financing, risk and approval issues
- Responsibility for monitoring credit risks, compliance with regulatory requirements and ensuring high data quality
- Responsibility for specialist topics in the credit area, participation in projects and involvement in reporting to bank management and the board of directors
What do you bring with you?
- Bank training with advanced professional education in finance or banking
- Several years of solid experience in credit business at a Swiss bank as well as proven competence in private and corporate customer business
- Very good knowledge in the analysis, assessment and control of credit risks as well as relevant regulatory requirements
- Leadership experience is an advantage
- Experience in valuation as well as ideally knowledge of tools such as Wüest Dimensions
