Responsibility for demanding 2nd level issues concerning central business applications Analysis of complex malfunctions, technical questions and system-related problems
Clarification of causes, connections and impacts in close coordination with departments, IT and external service providers
Coordination of adjustments, changes, releases and minor further developments
Recording, reviewing and specifying requirements from the business
Translating technical needs into understandable specifications, solution approaches or technical clarifications
Participation in projects related to applications, processes, digitalisation and system optimisation Support of tests, approvals, rollouts and introductions of new functions
Ensuring clean documentation of processes, solutions, system adjustments and decision bases
Support in prioritising issues so that important topics do not get lost in day-to-day business

Departments receive competent support from you on questions about applications, workflows, data and system logic
Technical clarifications are prepared in a structured manner and coordinated with the appropriate internal or external parties
You recognise optimisation potential in processes, systems and interfaces early and bring in concrete improvement suggestions
You keep a close eye on data quality, authorisations, interfaces and process flows
Users benefit from clear explanations, short training sessions and pragmatic assistance
For recurring problems, you do not just look for workarounds but for sustainable solutions
You take on a mediating and coordinating role between departments, IT, suppliers and project teams
In everyday life, you ensure that applications not only function but are also understood and used sensibly by users

Completed training or further education in business informatics, computer science, business administration or comparable practical experience
Several years of experience in the environment of business applications, application support, 2nd level, application management, IT business or related system responsibility
Good understanding of business processes, system interrelationships and the needs of different stakeholders
Experience with incidents, changes, releases, testing, documentation and project work
Confident handling of technical requirements, technical clarifications and solution-oriented communication
Routine in working with specialists, IT experts, suppliers and external service providers
Ideally knowledge in ERP, CRM, DMS, ServiceNow, databases, interfaces or other specialised applications
Experience in a regulated, service-oriented or complex corporate environment is an advantage
Very good German skills and the ability to explain complex topics clearly, calmly and appropriately for the audience
