Your tasks

• On our dementia and delirium ward, you will strengthen the team as a committed and professionally skilled nursing specialist HF or FH in the field of gerontopsychiatry.
• As a key contact person, you take on the nursing responsibility for the individual care and nursing of our patients.
• In the nursing and therapeutic process, you accompany our patients individually and confidently master even complex situations.
• Your versatile range of tasks includes daily life organisation, administrative activities, as well as the implementation of medical and technical orders.
• You carefully document and report your observations both orally and in writing.

Your profile

• You have completed training as a nursing specialist HF or FH and, if holding a foreign diploma, possess the required SRK recognition or a positive SRK PreCheck.
• Professional experience in long-term care or psychiatry is an advantage, and ideally, you are already familiar with the field of gerontopsychiatry or wish to specialise in it.
• You are interested in working in a multiprofessional team and caring for people with high support needs, which motivates you in your daily work.
• With your resilient and open personality as well as your good communication skills, you contribute to constructive interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Very good German skills at least at C1 level and good IT user skills complete your profile and support you in your administrative tasks.

Your salary

Your gross salary for a 100% workload is expected to be between 76,000 and 110,000 Swiss francs per year.
