About the job
The Brühlgut Foundation supports and promotes people with disabilities and offers them 134 residential places, 319 work and employment places, as well as around 40 training places in Winterthur. It operates an occupational and physiotherapy practice for people from infancy to adulthood, as well as three integrative day nurseries.
Care Specialist 70-90%
At the Brühlberg location, an exciting role awaits a motivated individual – immediately or by arrangement as:
- Care specialists (people with disabilities)
- Health specialist
- Curative education nurses
HOW?
- You accompany the residents in their leisure time and assist with everyday tasks such as household chores.
- You support our clients with personal care when they need help.
- You promote the residents in their personal development and self-determination in all areas of social life.
- You are a key contact person and work interdisciplinarily with internal foundation departments, relatives, legal representatives, doctors, and the wider social environment.
- You take responsibility for client documentation in RedLine.
You will also drive the foundation forward: You actively contribute your experience and expertise.
