To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed employee in dispatch who will support us in designing our processes efficiently and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Your Tasks

• Monitoring and optimisation of dispatch processes
• Ensuring timely and efficient handling
• Planning and coordination of vehicle deliveries and stocks
• Administrative handling from vehicle order to delivery to the customer
• Direct contact person for importers and local representatives
• Submission and follow-up of sales bonuses
• Booking and control of the corresponding credits
• Careful and structured management of customer files
• Various administrative tasks for the sales department
• Assistance with events as well as in other areas

Your Profile

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• Experience in dispatch, ideally in the automotive industry
• Organisational skills and a structured way of working
• Good communication skills and team spirit
• Confident handling of MS Office and ideally ERP systems
• Very good German skills, English skills are an advantage; good French skills are a great advantage.
