Responsibilities:
Ensuring the reliable operation of Windows, Azure and cloud infrastructures
Support of Citrix, MS SQL Server, Office 365 and business-critical applications
Monitoring and further development of network and security solutions including VPN, firewall and spam protection
Implementation of infrastructure modernisations as well as optimisation of backup, recovery and security processes
Technical coordination with internal departments and external partners as well as documentation of the IT system landscape
Qualifications:
IT training EFZ or equivalent qualification with practical experience in infrastructure management
Good knowledge of Windows Server, data networks and system-related IT services
Experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Citrix and security solutions is an advantage
Knowledge of PowerShell, Azure CLI and DevOps methods is desirable
Structured, solution-oriented personality with high initiative and openness to new technologies
