We are looking for a committed "doer personality" who will strategically and operationally further develop quality management, ensure the highest quality standards, and drive continuous process improvement together with interdisciplinary teams.

Your responsibilities and tasks:

• Management of the Quality Assurance and Quality Management department
• Responsible for the support and continuous development of the QM system according to ISO 13485 as well as the development, implementation, and maintenance of the required processes
• Leadership and coordination of assigned projects in coordination with management
• Contact person for customer quality enquiries and contracts
• Conducting risk analyses and evaluation, implementation, monitoring, and training of suitable QM tools as well as introduction of quality and performance indicators
• Identification and implementation of all quality requirements for materials, processes, and products
• Conducting internal audits as well as accompanying external audits by certification bodies
• Application of QM methods (FMEA, risk analyses, test planning, etc.)
• Preparation of the annual quality report for management

Your profile:

• Technical basic training with appropriate further education (FH/University or equivalent)
• Further training in quality management as well as experience in process management and quality assurance in an industrial, preferably medical technology environment
• Proven track record in leading employees and projects
• Solid experience in applying recognised methods such as "Lean Management, KVP"
• Open, communicative personality with very good German and English skills
