Payroll Manager (M/F)

· You are responsible for the complete and autonomous management of the payroll cycle for several Group establishments, representing a workforce of 700 to 850 employees.
· You ensure the preparation, verification and closing of monthly salaries within deadlines, legal provisions and applicable collective agreements.
· You manage the numerous payroll variables specific to our hotel industry and ensure their processing with rigour and precision.
· You monitor and control data transmitted by the various establishments and departments.
· You are the reference point for salary-related questions and provide support to employees, managers and HR teams of the different establishments.
· You also provide support on HR administrative aspects beyond the strict scope of payroll preparation.
· You monitor deadlines and know how to manage sometimes tight schedules, demonstrating organisation and prioritisation.
· You work closely with operational teams to understand their challenges and provide responses adapted to the realities of hospitality.
· You participate in monitoring, analysing and ensuring the reliability of HR indicators and payroll-related data.
· You identify potential anomalies, carry out necessary checks and propose improvements to processes and data quality.
· You keep abreast of legal, regulatory and collective agreement developments impacting payroll management.
· You are an integral part of the Human Resources team and work closely with Finance and various contacts within the Group's establishments.

· You have confirmed initial experience in Switzerland in payroll, ideally in a complex, multi-site environment.
· You master the entire payroll cycle and are able to manage it autonomously, from collecting variables to controls and closing.
· You are comfortable with a large volume of data and managing numerous variables, ideally in the hospitality sector or in an environment subject to the CCNT.
· You are organised, rigorous and able to manage several topics simultaneously while respecting sometimes very tight deadlines.
· You have an excellent sense of priorities and can handle unforeseen events inherent to our activity.
· You understand the challenges of operational teams and know how to adapt your approach to field realities.
· You appreciate being a true partner for managers and can provide reliable and pragmatic support.
· You are comfortable with numbers, HR indicators and data analysis.
· You show curiosity and want to understand processes as a whole to identify improvement opportunities.
· You are autonomous, reliable, discreet and have an excellent sense of confidentiality.
· You have perfect command of French, which is essential for this position. Mastery of English is a real asset.
· You are comfortable with IT tools and payroll management software. Knowledge of Mirus is a real advantage.
