About the job
Daily Business & Customer Support
- Active support of our site partners (developments, municipalities)
- Managing incoming mail/responding to support enquiries
- Assisting with our customer hotline
- Creating social media content
- Accompanying damage/insurance cases
- Other administrative tasks (sending customer cards/credit checks)
- Supporting the introduction of new systems & processes (e.g. onboarding our partners onto the new service platform)
- Writing or optimising website content
- Translating our documents and website
- you have strong communication skills and a feel for people.
- you work in a structured way and like to take responsibility.
- you want to contribute yourself and your ideas to our 4-person team.
