Your tasks:
Human Resources

• Responsibility for operational HR matters and contact person for employees and management
• Recruitment and support of new employees
• Employee, target and development discussions
• Support in challenging personnel situations and labour law issues
• Further development of our HR processes

Sales Control & Sales Performance

• Analysis of sales figures, customer activities and visit reports
• Conducting and evaluating customer surveys
• Identifying improvement potential in the field sales
• Development and monitoring of key figures, targets and measures
• Support and coaching of our field sales staff
• Follow-up of agreed measures and results
• Reporting to management

how we can make our field sales more efficient, motivated and successful.
