These are your tasks

• Planning and coordination of internal and external personnel development measures
• Selection and evaluation of suitable training providers
• Consultation and support of employees and managers in development matters
• Creation and optimisation of training materials and concepts
• Conducting training sessions and moderating trainings
• Design and implementation of the annual personnel development programme
• Collaboration on HR projects and concepts in the field of personnel development

What you bring with you

• Commercial basic training with completed further education in HR (e.g. HR specialist certificate)
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable HR function
• Very good MS Office skills as well as solid experience with SAP (SuccessFactors) advantageous
• Structured, reliable and precise working style with pronounced organisational talent
• Service-oriented personality with a high awareness of quality
