COO (m/f/d)

Your Role

• Overall responsibility for the areas of operations, production, production planning, industrialisation, and engineering
• Leadership and further development of the operations organisation as well as the subordinate managers
• Further development of technology, automation, and digitalisation within production
• Increase in productivity, quality, delivery performance, and profitability
• Responsibility for the industrialisation of new products and customer projects up to stable series production

Your Profile

• Technical education with further training at FH, HF, or university level, with in-depth understanding of mechatronics as well as additional business management qualifications
• Several years of leadership and result responsibility in a manufacturing industrial company
• Solid experience in production, industrialisation, lean management, and process optimisation
• Proven successes in investment, transformation, and change projects
• Entrepreneurial and implementation-strong personality with strategic thinking ability
