Your Tasks

• You act as the bridge between IT and the specialist departments for our customer
• You collect and analyse business processes, identify weaknesses and improvement potential in the use of IT and material resources
• You are responsible for developing, documenting and communicating requirements for sustainable solutions that optimally support the processes

Your Skills

• You have a university degree as an engineer or a comparable qualification
• You are used to thinking holistically and working in a structured manner, as well as solving complex tasks in a goal-oriented way
• Ideally, you have gained experience in the public sector and hold a valid HERMES certificate
• You have in-depth knowledge and several years of experience in business process analysis and requirements engineering. You hold an IREB or a comparable certificate as proof
• You have experience in model-based working methods (in BPMN and UML) with common tools such as Sparx EA
• You have gained experience with Soap, REST and/or messaging in requirements analysis
• Ideally, you have initial experience in gathering security requirements (PKI, authentication/authorisation, IAM, encryption, ...)
• You are a diplomatic, communicative and cooperative personality
• You have a high level of commitment, perseverance and resilience
• You have an independent, reliable working style and a quick grasp
• You have a good oral and written command of German (C1) and a good basic knowledge of French (B1)
