Circum Real Estate AG is an emerging start-up in real estate management with locations in Zurich and Basel. We are still young – but with a clear vision: professional, proactive property management at the highest level for demanding institutional and private clients.

We primarily manage commercial properties with residential components and take on complex projects in the areas of initial leasing, operations, and owner representation. As a small, highly motivated team, we combine entrepreneurial thinking with genuine expertise.

Responsibilities

• Independent management of a portfolio of commercial and residential properties
• Proactive portfolio management: recognising the need for action and independently initiating measures
• Communication with tenants, owners, and service providers
• Conducting regular key tenant meetings
• Contract management and lease negotiations
• Ensuring compliance with legal and contractual requirements
• Regular property inspections and quality controls

Qualifications

• Completed training as a certified property manager FA or federally certified real estate trustee or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in property management
• Sound knowledge of Swiss tenancy and real estate law
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• Confident handling of real estate software (Garaio REM) & MS Office
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form, additional language skills are an advantage
