Your Tasks

• Independent management of accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting
• Conducting bank reconciliations and handling payment transactions
• Management of fixed asset accounting
• Assistance with monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to OR
• Responsibility for dunning processes and, if applicable, preparation of VAT returns
• Support with budgeting and liquidity planning
• Preparation of reports and analyses
• Assumption of general administrative tasks

Your Profile

• Completed training in the financial sector (e.g. commercial basic training, at least accounting clerk in finance and accounting or equivalent)
• Several years of professional experience in financial accounting, especially in accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Confident handling of Excel and common accounting software
• Structured, precise and discreet working style
• Analytical thinking and strong affinity for numbers
